Order #5502**** shipped Mar 17/21 was lost due to faulty address and terrible shippers (Landmark Global and Sprintstar - check their reviews). On Apr 1 I spoke with Carlos at EB who said he would expedite reorder (Item #0486 L Petite Peacock winter jacket). No new shipping or tracking #s received. If not already on its way, I want to cancel and obtain a refund. Please respond via email asap. User's recommendation: Make sure Eddie Bauer does not use Landmark Global or Sprintstar in Canada for delivery. Their service and ratings are in the basement.
