Get refund for monthly payment after policy canceled

In march of 2021 I called and canceled my service. I had been a customer for over 9 years. service rep supposedly canceled my contract. my monthly payment was an automatic withdraw from my bank account. no payment was deducted in April since I canceled it. In May the took there monthly payment out of my account. So I called as soon as I saw that. Have called multiple times and still no refund. keep getting told that they have taken of it and I should get my refund in 7-10 days. It is now August 10th and still no refund. service on things has also been terrible from the the last couple years as well. STAY AWAY User's recommendation: Stay Away.
