Hi this is Deepak Arora from Bareilly.i am an existing customer of your leading bank.i want to put this into your kind attention regarding my personal loan EMI.as every one is aware about vivid 19outbreak we r in deep trouble because of lockdown.since RBI has provided moratorium for three months.i have paid till march.therefore I have put my request on Sbfc portal but having said that the staff of your bank giving me persistent call for EMI.
