I purchased a gift card to be mailed to a friend on July 10, 2021. I checked with my credit card company and the purchase was posted and paid. To date, the gift card has not been received, and just TRY to get a human being who doesn't transfer you a yet another place or voice mail, but NEVER has anyone returned my call or addressed my issue. Schnucks makes it impossible to get any help. I am calling my credit card company and disputing this charge. I don't recommend anyone buying a gift card from Schnucks. Period.
