I was under the impression that if our voucher could not be used within 12 months then our money would be refunded. Our last communication stated the voucher expired on the 8th June 2021. Unfortunately because of the pandemic we have not been in a position to use it. We live in an area which has been in lockdown lomger than any other area. After 19th July we should be free to travel and would like to know if the voucher could or has been extended because of the restrictions. We chose to have a voucher thinking that it would be better for Easyjet and hopefully we won't be disappointed.
