Original review posted by user Feb 24, 2021 I purchased the 4th edition by Tony Gaddis, the key in the front cover can't even use it as they haven't opened the companion documents site as yet. How *** that they are making money off a book and not even making the videos etc. that are meant to accompany it available, my course starts in 3 days. To top of the pile of steaming *** they have served up to me when you try to reach their customer service team after you fill the form and it confirms you aren't a robot the 'submit' button stays blanked out so you can't actually get in touch with them to find out when they are going to be available, if ever. User's recommendation: Don't buy their current editions.
