Rescheduling of presidential exam

I have my pte exam on 3rd March 2021 at 9 am in Auckland nz . But because of covid 19 lockdown in Auckland I got an email this morning that exam cant be held, you need to reschedule your exam but when I tried to do it , it shows me that i have to pay again.
