I'm disabled and don't Drive. I've tried to cancel for years and if I do I will lose my 60 hours. By now I probably have 100! They don't have quality services. Like they hire people who say they massage, what their pets? They called to tell me they can't charge my card because it's expiring. They have been charging every month even though we are quarantined. DO NOT JOIN THE MEMBERSHIP YOU WILL DIE BEFORE YOU GET OUT AND THEY WILL STILL CHARGE YOUR MONTHLY CHARGES! User's recommendation: Don't be a member they will never let you out!
