AFTER 10 MONTHS, STILL NO REFUND!

Back in October 2020 I ordered a train set. First of all it took 3 months to receive ANYTHING, and even then it was several sets of tracks. When I finally received a car I was no longer interested. I cancelled my subscription however they kept sending me more tracks! I finally returned the last 2 sets of tracks as "refused". Since then, I have received 2 invoices for these sets. After going back and forth with these dimwits in customer service, I received ONE refund. All I keep getting from their "customer service" department is more form letters, more requests for item numbers, order numbers, etc which I provided 6 times! User's recommendation: STAY AWAY! THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!
