Went in to get massage as a gift for Mother’s Day. They asked if I had my covid shots? It’s not their business. Than I was told I have to wear my mask for the hour.
My husband bought me a gift card for Mothers Day. I went in and was asked if I was vaccinated? I was also asked to wear a mask. Its an hour long!!! No thanks. I asked for a refund. They can give you a facial without a mask so why not a massage is my point. I brought back the receipt and they still told me No!!! I dont wish to do business with Massage envy. I just want my money back so I may choose where I want to go. User's recommendation: Don’t go.
