Nextbook Area 8A-Customer Service # Doesn’t Work

After purchasing a brand new Nextbook Ares 8A Android tablet six months ago from one Ebay seller, it was successfully activated by an Bay seller (who did not give me the activation code, but did the activation himself). I have barely used the Nextbook and when I tried to use it two days ago, I am getting a message (when the Nextbook is first turned on) that reads: "Your device has failed verification and may not work properly". I have followed the steps for a factory reset and it still does the same. I did that reset procedure three separate times with the same result.
