Cancel my subscription please

I have called quite a few times to cancel my subscription to Luminous. You keep on billing my boyfriends card every month even though we have tried canceling you guys still keep billing his card we live on a tight budget and its hard for us to pay our bills when you guys keep taking out money when we did not give you permission to do so we asked you guys to stop many times you said that you would cancel the subscription and you have not done so. Please refund us our money. And not just the last payment you guys took we need to be refunded from the very first time we called to cancel. Thank you Patricia Davis
