Automotive system is terrible, Simplify it.... it takes to long to make a payment.... your customer service is terrible... Used to happily use you for everything, will never use you again. Counting the days we pay off this account.... User's recommendation: *** Customer Service has drastically changed and they no longer give a damn. Maybe it’s Covid, but Conns is not the company it was 5 years ago...... can’t wait to make my final payment because I am over Conns and their services.....
