When attempting to contact someone at Conn's regarding a refund in my shipping, I was on hold for 45 minutes and transferred multiple times to ultimately be hung up on. I've reached out via email, and have had no response. Horrible customer service! Horrible company! Do not purchase from them unless you want to over pay for things not promised or delivered in time. User's recommendation: Avoid them, there is other companies that deserve your business.
