Spa keeps turning off

E02 keeps Coming on there for the spa shuts off Ive read through the manual looked it up online and Ive done everything that it says to do. The hot water is working The pump seems to be working fine so I dont know the issue User's recommendation: You can’t get a hold of anybody so I would say don’t buy anything from this company.
