I made reservations for 2rooms at rocky mount Nc inn. When checking in I was told by clerk that only one room was reserved. I asked her to look at the confirmation email I received from hotel.com and the reservation number, but she told me I needed to call hotel.com and figure it out. The person traveling with me gave the clerk her name and miraculously the reservation for the second room appeared. I feel the clerk did not make any effort to look up the confirmation number only my name for the room reservations. I also believe she could have offered to call hotel.com to help us.
