Rude and horrible behavior instead of Customer Service

I was quoted a 20 minute preparation time for my pizza that PAID FOR ONLINE. I was running 15 minutes behind and they threw my food away! No Courtesy Call to confirm if I on my way or ANYTHING.i was told that it was my fault and that I had to wait another 30 minutes for another pizza. The cashier was RUDE &; DISRESPECTFUL
