WASTED HOURS OVER YEARS…….

......INCOMPETENT ON ALL LEVELS!! Because of ACA we were forced by former employer to use Aon for YSA admin.....a complete FAIL from staff support to a 3rd world website. We have wasted hours and hours trying to sort out their messes over the years! AVOID if possible. User's recommendation: ....AVOID FOR ADMIN IF POSSIBLE.
