Hello, I purchased your air fryer from QVC not even 1 year ago. It has been a wonderful purchase for our busy household!! It unfortunately stopped working last week. It appears that when you put the basket into the fryer, it's not "catching" on the bottom, therefore not turning on. I would love to have a replacement, as it does make dinner easy for our busy sports family. Thank you for your time! User's recommendation: Product does not last long. Cheaper material.
