No acknowledgement of written complaint
I resubscribed to the Sip & Save drink program but I wasn't credited as doing such. When I tried to redeem a drink, I was prompted to pay for the resubscription again. I paid for this program, yet I am unable to participate unless I pay for the program again. I've paid two times already but only benefited for one month.
