I order a h20 mop. I had to put 3 different credit cards because 2 did not go through than i put my second one and it went through but than thane said it did not go through but my bank has the transaction so thane took money i want the mop but they do not have my information someone is lying i do not trust them with credit card they asked for it again i contacted my bank o can not call this place they yell me to open account with them did i am calling better business but now they d User's recommendation: Do not order anything from this company i want my money back or my mop.
