Bad Service and bad customer service attitude

I have a little issue here and forced to turn to you as the Customer-service people is not bothering to listen any point from my side. They are falsely accusing the wrong reason for the damage of product. Let me help you with little background. I have a bought a Coffee table in Januray-2020. But the table started to worn out from the joints during the rainy season i.e. during the month of June-2020. So, I logged a complaint with Pepperfry and the service repair had been assigned. After the carpenter visited my place, he said this is due to improper material used, i.e. this timber get shrink-expand during the change of season and the joints started to explode. Carpenter said, it is the damaged product that had delivered (please see attachment-1). Now today one of your customer-service woman called and said that this damage is due to usage (attachment-2), which is not at all true. I hardly used this product in this 6 months tenure. She was making all the excuses and did not bother to hear my explanation. I, as a returning customer, do have that peace of mind with your service over the years. But this time I am not at all satisfied. Just put yourself in my shoe, like you had paid a hefty amount and got a product which started to damage within next few months, without any usage. And, customer-service team, instead of helping, tries to make all kinds of excuses to ignore the real reason of damage and lastly the hefty amount of money, which has been paid. So, concerning my feeling and satisfaction with Pepperfry, I am in a dangling situation this time. Service and Customer -ser Thank you, Subhayan Das User's recommendation: DO NOT go for Pepperfry.
