Worst service anyone can expect from this organization.Purchased a L shaped sofa on last Nov. As the product comes with 1 year warranty, I thought lets go for it. After the order delivered , the product quality was bad. Still then I made up my mind, its ok. But after a phase of 9 months, the hand rest was broken.When I checked carefully, the raisin goes below the wood due to the bad quality. When I raised a complaint, the pepperfry customer care executive sent a carpenter for checking purpose. The carpenter looked into the sofa set, and told me it will be difficult to repair as the quality was so bad that the raisin went below the wood. Then after 1 day, I got a call from customer care executive mentioning that they can do nothing because the damage done by my side. When I asked about warranty period, they mentioned that as it crosses more than 9 months so its no use. Really worst service and product. Please dont purchase anything from pepperfry. Atleast go with local or urban ladder. Pepperfry is the most fraud organization. User's recommendation: Please dont buy anything from Pepperfry , go with local or urban ladder.
