Pathetic nd disappointment only

Hello! I bought a jaco shoe rack which is DIY product so after 8 days i opened my parcel because for office work i was out of town and they also mentioned there delievry date wrong..still that’s not was the matter. So i easily installed it but after i installed then it came to know that it was pathetic product not even quality but also damage product my fault is that there customer service is not working properly so i use some sticking gums so that i can fix the product nd i can use it but after using 1 or 2 days it was damaged all over so i raise a complain agianst it though it is 3 months waranty product nd now i am comlained about that product then afterwads i receive a call from resolution team name AARZOO she as *** her job she must polite nd humble nd must try to resolve our problem instean of this she shows attitude toward me nd deny to resolve it and yeah i have to mention this also as the call i was attended by aarzoo customer support team member was also requested for so many times after thar they were connect with us before this i got a mail from pepperfry agent that she was unable to connect it which is a lie because i do work from home nd my whole system is accurate! So i just wanna say that MOST PATHETIC WEBSITE ND SERVICES THOUGH PRODUCT ARE GOOD SOME TIMES BUT CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS User's recommendation: No not at all.
