Damaged Products Delivered – Need Refund

I had placed 2 Order for High Chair The Product was not Polished, Damaged at couple of places, The Fitting and balancing of the chair is not right, This is very disappointing to get such a product delivered from Pepperfry, I had ordered 2 qty both are damaged condition, need refund for both. I want to return these damaged product and need refund for same, I am really unhappy with the customer support as there is no response on calls, and when i tried reaching 022 - 6157**** multiple times and was on hold for more than 30 min still the call was not connected and there is no other way to connect. Neither i received any call but got a email stating " we tried reaching you couldn't get through and will call back in next 48 Hrs" This is the not the way things should be managed or send across damaged product to customer and stop responding. I need refund for both the products as these are damaged and not as per displayed at website or store. Thanks Sunny User's recommendation: Not to Buy anything from Pepperfry as what you see in store or website is completely different from what you get.
