Cant access my account And l lost my mobile number there is no option for another way to sign in

Actually i activate Two step verification for my account.. But few days before i lost my mobile number .. When i want to login my account .. There is a process of two step verification .. It shows the msg i send the code to your mobile num Please enter it.. But i dont had that old mobile number .. What i have to do for acceess my acccount.. There is no option
