Customer Service Persons irresponsible and non responsive

I ordered for 23 items (Order No.30719****) and paid Rs.8651. All the items delivered (22 items) were not matching with either the dimensions or the color. Returned 18 items on 30.06.2021. Received refund for all items except 6 items. These are handled by Customer Service Team members Ms.Pooja Acarya and Ms.Aarzoo Dhall. Aarzoo Dhall is arrogant and non responsive
