I am having difficulty paying my bills. I get £144 per week and have to pay rent and utilities. There's very little money left for food. I need the data on my phone but is there a scheme to make it easier to afford thev£28.85 monthly bill.? I get pension credit too but have household bills for household items etc. Phone bills and keeping the place clean. And need clothes sometimes. And shoes. Can you help?
