Three separate orders, one pre-order in August 2020 they said would be shipped in September, then two the beginning of January 2021, now mid March and nothing. I tried contacting them several times and always got the closed for the weekend e-mail. I just filed a complaint with the BBB and found out there are several other complaints against them. There's even a facebook page dedicated to them being a horrible company. User's recommendation: Do not order from them.
