Conflicted feelings
I ordered a 3 stoned opal bracelet September 4th of 2017. There was an awesome sale so I wanted to get a very early start on my Christmas shopping, and I wanted to give them plenty of time to get my order ready. At the end of November I reached out to them because it was less than a month away from Christmas. I was told that it was shipping "Monday." Yeah, well, now it's June 3rd of 2018, and I'm still getting the run around. I've contacted them MULTIPLE times about this, and I haven't received the bracelet or a refund. The reason why this is conflicted is because 2 years ago I ordered several items from them, and received them in a decent amount of time, and I absolutely LOVED the necklaces/earrings/bracelets that I bought. So it makes me even more sad to say that something has considerably changed with this company. I'm not sure what happened.
