The customer service is horrible! You have many disrespectful and lazy customer service employees! Nothing has been resolved. They tell you one thing and do another. Just lies! Many people are still suffering, lost there jobs and/or losing hours and you all are not finding ways to help us with our payments. You all need to help those that are still in need. I know there's still help, if the owner will have a heart. User's recommendation: Hire people who take there job seriously. Train your staff better.
