My wife is in a nursing home without room phones. So I gave her our cell phone. I had Verizon which was good, but we needed unlimited talk. Pure Talk seemed to be the answer, so I switched. When I tried it ,I couldn't get a signal from my house. They said it was my phone. If I drove N/E/S no signal. W I mile I got a weak signal. Now they won't release my phone # to go to Verizon. User's recommendation: Don't believe the ads. Be ready to sit on the phone forever to answer.
