Costomer service SUCKS ,if you stay on hold 35 + min. they finally hang up on you
service very light in rural areas , sometimes none ,not able to share photos with text messages . says sent later says failed . I receive them from others but none of mine go thru. have to give password every time to check voicemail or even see if there is any. User's recommendation: not worth the time & disappointments ,ready to switch back to Verizon !
