Participating stores for egiftaway at iriga branch had removed gift away

I received my egift code last july 9, 2021. I gave my sister the giftaway numeric code but according to her store manager at jollibee iriga branch says that the code is not available. So I decided to call at their branch And talk to their manager. She says they dont accept giftaway. It was already removed on their store. My concern is, Is it true that they dont accept or the manager doesnt know how to use it. I already check this branch belongs to participating branches that accepts giftaway. Highly appreciated if you immediately reply to my concern.Thankyou
