On 4/5/2021, I called the Mooneyham Agency to pay my monthly premium for Auto, Home, Umbrella Insurance, and they debited my Credit Card for $234.93. On 4/8/2021, I canceled all policies on 4/8/2021. Received checks various amounts, needed credit back on my Credit Card. Received bills for $212.77 w.payments to be made to Recovery Dept. CC was also charged for that amount, Never received the original refund of $234.93 as of 4/24/2021. Did they try to charge me more? User's recommendation: Worst Customer Service, demanding checks to be returned, before credit on CC payment made. Never dealt with an insurance company like that in my life.
