Update by user Jul 11, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Original review posted by user Jun 11, 2021 Received a coat intended as a gift, it was nothing like the one advertised. I complained but was not allowed to return it. Instead I was promised a refund that never came. They showed me an email, sent to me, as if it was proof I'd had a refund! An email to a customer is NOT proof of a bank transfer and I have received no money back. I will tell anyone who will listen not to use this company. User's recommendation: Avoid!
