Two separate unshipped orders

Order #9485**** placed on 5/10 for 7 items has not been shipped. Why? Order #9520**** placed on 5/25 for 5 items has not been shipped. Why? Numerous phone calls have been placed to ask about these orders, always met with a promise to check on them and give a return phone call which never happens. When request was made to speak to a supervisor, request was denied. Extremely frustrated and angry to the point of readiness to boycott your company. User's recommendation: Be very wary.
