Hello, I was horrified by the terrible service today -on Mothers Day- provided by the Staff and Manager at the Concord, NC IHOP. The waiter was slow to take our order and we waited for over an hour to get served, and GOT the WRONG order! The waiter blamed the cook and started to raise his voice to me as I complained. The manager seemed too scared to come out of the Kitchen and did absolutely nothing to help the situation. I saw 7 other tables be seated and receive their meals before we did, 5 of these left before we even got served! How horrible for a day that I chose to spend at iHOP. It was disappointing, annoying and infuriating! User's recommendation: Poor manager and customer service.
