Does Ingo ever answer phone?

I have an Am Ex Serve pre-paid card. I tried to deposit a check thru the online app (uses Ingo). I did it 3x and after app "previewing", I received a msg and e-mail that the check isn't approved. Called phone number and each time it indicated I was 2nd in line. Encouraged by that, I waited a long time. 3x no one ever answered. User's recommendation: Don't bother calling them about a declined mobile check. Takes less time to just go to the bank!
