Update by user Jun 19, 2021 Mojang's password reset system just doesn't work at all and you never receive any emails to reset your password I have checked all my email inboxes (and yes I typed my email in correctly and tried multiple different times during the day) i keep on trying to get a response from customer support but just receive an automated email telling me about the ticket being closed Original review posted by user Jun 19, 2021 I was trying to log back into my Minecraft Java Mojang account and forgot my password, I tried to reset my password through an email however the email never came, I checked all my inboxes and have tried multiple times however I never got anything (it was the correct email). I then tried to contact Mojang's customer support however all I got was an auto response and then a closed ticket response. User's recommendation: Remember your password and write it down somewhere IRL.
