I ordered 2 items from Vitacost and only one was delivered. When I contacted Vitacost to get the 2nd item sent, I was told I had to re-purchase the missing item before they would send it to me and then they would give me a full refund on the newly purchased item. This made no sense to me, but I had to agree with their logic in order to get my missing item. The missing item was then delivered, but I didn't get my full refund. I was only given a partial refund and had to telephone Vitacost to try to get my full refund. I was told that they would give me the remaining portion of the refund due to me. When I did not get the promised remaining portion of my refund, I had to send them emails and get help from PissedConsumer to get Vitacost to give me the full refund. They finally gave me the full refund, but did not contact me other than sending me an email showing the refund had been made to my credit card. Poor customer service! I am not a happy camper because of all the grief and problems I had to endure because Vitacost failed to deliver all of my original order. I don't plan to make any more purchases from Vitacost because of these problems. User's recommendation: Their products are good, but if you don't get the full delivery of your order, they make it complicated to get the rest of your original order. Just be aware of the potential problems if you don't receive all of the items you ordered when your shipment is received.
