Fraud. These guys are very good liars and know what to say to scam you. They spoke to me and very clearly lied about their products. They said that they call all the leads and check all of them for the gold members and when I get a lead it is ready to go. Then I told them about my property management company and how I can use their for rent by owners lead. They lead me on and then I found out by renters lead, they mean people that are in need of rent and ridiculous amounts ( for example $1000 in SF) Anyways they lead me on to believe that they provided fir rent by owner leads but gave me garbage ( No realtor can use these. People that want to rent fir low amount are only great leads for social services ) I called a lead which they had said was supposed to be checked out but the lady said that she dies not want to sell her house and if I call again she will call the police The leads are of worst quality and there is no technology about it. It is a pure old school scam. And then there is the customer service. Everyone says, hey I have no authority Anyone reading this with the same experience, we should get together and go after them with a class action law suit They should think twice before scamming people
