Need to talk to someone. Victim of verifiable ID fraud

My account has been permanently frozen multiple times. I assume either for lack of usage or because I was a victim of ID Fraud. I have been unable to find out what the reason I can not use my Zelle account. I likely need to update my banking info. I am frustrated as I had pressure to pay before midnight and now it is late. User's recommendation: Expect frustrations like mine with lack of information or communication.
