My first call to Amazon was very frustrating as the agent was having difficulty with English and I had to repeat myself many times. Atvtge conclusion of the call they had supposedly fix my issues. However several days went by and no resolution was evident. I therefore called again and my experience was the complete opposite both agents were extremely helpful and the issue was resolved the same day.
