I specifically asked for my package to be delivered by 3:30. The driver showed up at 7:40, texted me, but didn't bother waiting for my friend to get to the back door to receive my (four hours LATE) package. I was forced to cancel my order since my job prevents me from being able to waste an entire day waiting for drivers that can't follow simple instructions. I will NEVER be using Amazon ever again. Worst service I've ever received. FAIL. User's recommendation: FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS!!!!!!! NO ONE CARES ABOUT YOUR DUMB EXCUSES WHEN OUR TIME US WASTED.
