Charged twice for service that wasn’t received

Booked a sunset cruise in Acapulco and upon arrival, found out the cruise was canceled. No refund offered or received. Contacted Viator twice with proof of cruise cancelation. They agreed to resolve and have not - was just charged again - 6 weeks after the canceled tour! Extremely difficult to get a hold of customer service. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS C BUSINESS/BOOKING WITH THIS COMPANY! User's recommendation: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY - EVER!
