My account at Amazon had been hacked two months ago, and I lost $200 US ( about $275, Canadian). I reported it to the company suggesting that they contact all customers advising of the potential for hacking and fraud by hackers, and I hoped the company would reimburse me what I had lost as a result of its insufficient security. I had numerous back and forth but only after posting on Pissed Consumer did I have real understanding and everything is resolved, with reimbursement to happen within a few days by credit to me bank's Credit Card. a few d after I mad no resolution, User's recommendation: Continue to use Amazon.
