Can no longer log in

I can no longer log in My current password is now said to be invalid Cannot reset it Spent 2 hours on the phone with tech support in Audi Financial He could not fix it and referred me to customer service which puts me on a hold queue forever I just want to pay me bill online Why is this a problem?
