Resolved: One ear unit not working properly

Update by user Apr 22, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. Right ear unit failed. Customer service rep (I forgot her name-sorry) went through some checks with me and determined a replacement was needed. A few days later the replacement arrived and has been working well since. If you can identify her-give her a raise.. Original review posted by user Mar 18, 2021 My right ear unit doesn't work correctly. when I put it in my ear I can barely hear the announcement. Patting my ear to change programs does nothing. I was told I would receive a call from an audiologist, which I did-I was just not available when the call came but they left a message suggesting I try extra brushing of microphone on rear of unit and using canned air for extra effort. I tried both those and got no result. Don't know what to do now. By the way-- do you have a Consumer Help number to call? I could not find one on the website.
