Problem with one ear unit

The Right ear unit of my Eargo set became inoperative. I attempted all suggested remedies plus a few more with no change. It took a bit of effort to get a response, but I finally got a call from a Customer Service rep who was very pleasant and soon realized that there must be some defect in my unit and requested a replacement unit be sent. I was promised the replacement within the next week. User's recommendation: When you sign up, receive or first begin using Eargo-be sure you know how to get help should you need it. It can be frustrating trying to find the Customer Service link.
